OUR PROGRAM

We have learned through our experience of 74 years of being licensed in the beauty industry and 39 years of owning several salon businesses that without having clear vision and understanding of why you are opening a business, knowing your numbers, how to operate and manage that this leads to feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, frustrated and causes owner burnout. We have set out to simplify the process and set up steps to follow each way to keep you focused on your goal and what is your "why". In doing so we present our program business foundations for success.
